Tuyen Quang Hydropower Plant(Vietnam)
Tuyen Quang Hydropower Plant is the largest hydropower plant ever built in Vietnam with a total investment of several billion US dollars. As a national key project, the Vietnamese Government appointed a vice premier to supervise its construction quality and progress, and national media covered this Project periodically. Under the condition of short construction period and intense fabrication volume, YMEC delivered the equipment on time and with high quality so as to ensure the construction milestones such as water retaining of power intake and spillway. In cooperation with civil work contractor, YMEC completed “impossible” works and the Employer spoke highly of the work style of YMEC. YMEC also established long-term cooperative relations with the Employer - Electricity of Viet Nam and General Contractor – Song Da Corporation through this Project.
